overcomes shall inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My
son. NASB Who is the person who overcomes? 1 John 5:4 4 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world - our faith NASB 1 John 5:5 5 And who is the one who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? NASB The second universe belongs to the believer in Jesus Christ. But too, remember that the throne of God is in heaven, and yet it will descend down out of heaven to reside among humanity, which is to say, that the second universe will itself be heaven. At the present time, our earth is separated from our universe by the vastness of outer space. Our universe is likewise separated from Heaven, where Gods throne is located, by a similar vastness. We call that vastness, sin and death, not to mention space and time for lack of some better description. But there will come a time when all of these things will be overcome, and God will then make our earth and our universe, and Heaven, all one and the same. We will no longer be restricted in our comings and goings. The new universe, will be so vast, it will most probably take us an eternity to see it all, and then I would bet, that we will never ever be able to accomplish even that. As far as eternity is concerned, there are only two categories of people. Those who believe in Jesus Christ and those who do not. Only those who believe in Christ will see the second universe. Those who reject Him, will spend their eternal time in the Lake of Fire, in total misery, rage, fear, and terror. There is no honorable religion in this world. There is no honorable philosophy in this world. There is no honorable faith in this world, except for faith in Jesus Christ. Everything else is deceitful and a lie. Only faith in Christ will secure an eternal existence in heaven, with God. All other beliefs are nothing more than applications of empty human arrogance. Arrogance is the foundation of all sin. Arrogance is the boasting of something that does not exist in reality. How simple is it to get into heaven? All one has to do is believe in Jesus Christ. Believing is a mere thought. 'Father, I believe in Jesus Christ.' Those six little words are all that stand between any person, and eternal life in heaven. Why would anyone stubbornly refuse to say them, or even think them? What is the cost? What is the loss? What is the downside in thinking them, or even acknowledging Christ as Lord and savior? Not only do we get to live in the new universe, but we will become as sons to God. Rom. 8:23 23 And not only this, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body. NASB Our adoption as children into Gods family will become complete in the second universe. In fact, all of Gods promises, which He has made to us throughout history, will become fulfilled, complete and permanent, when the second universe comes into existence.
