Isaiah 24:3

3 The land ['erets] shall be utterly [baqaq] emptied [baqaq], and utterly [bazaz] spoiled [bazaz]: for the LORD [Yahovah] hath spoken [dabar] this word [dabar].   KJV-Interlinear

3 The earth shall be utterly empty and utterly plundered;   ESV

The spiritual life is an extremely serious matter. This verse makes that very clear. Those who mock or make light of the Bible or the spiritual life in general, make themselves out to be the fool of fools. They will just not discover their folly until after they are gone from this world, unfortunately. And all over the very simple task of learning Bible doctrine from day to day. Something that people can’t seem to bring themselves to do.

We were all placed in this world for one purpose, and that was to be able to live with God, forever.

Living forever in this world as it is now, was never an end objective.

Life now, gives us a chance to prepare for eternity and the overwhelming benefits that it offers.

And as for those who ignore this principle, there is the alternative of losing everything.

History has unfolded generation after generation, demonstrating mans trivial attitude toward complying with Gods plan and indifference toward that which comes after this life.

History has roller-coastered up and down with interest or lack of it, in Jesus Christ.

But one day, when history is finally brought to a conclusion, everything will change permanently.

The world and the evil in it, will be brought to a halt and removed completely.

The repetition of the word, utterly, indicates the magnitude of the devastation. No one will survive. No one of the evil category, that is.

And all that they held near and dear, will become as spoils of war, wherein someone else will possesses and enjoy the fruits of their labor.

The world will work hard for things and stuff, only to lose it all. And that loss will not be pleasant, but through an extremely violent nature.

End Of Lesson

Study to show thyself approved (mature) unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing (studying/discerning), the Word of truth.
