You must be in fellowship prior to your Bible study, so that the spiritual information you receive can become a source, of blessing to your soul and produce spiritual growth.

Isa. 63:8

8 For he said ['amar], Surely they are my people [`am], children [ben] that will not lie [shaqar]: so he was their Saviour [yasha`]. KJV-Interlinear

8 For He said, Surely, they are My people, Sons who will not deal falsely. So He became their Savior. NASB

The people of God were first mentioned as a collective group of people in Exodus 1, when Pharaoh mentioned that the people of Israel, have greater numbers that the people of Egypt. Remember that Israel was the new name given to Jacob. Even Pharaoh knew of their history to some extent.

God referred to them as His people, in Exodus 3.

The difference between the people of the Exodus generation and the people of the Tribulation generation, is that the Exodus generation while under slavery, knew of their heritage, they had four generations and four hundred years to learn their history, they were delivered in a very dramatic way, and yet they fell away from God. They died in the desert and did not enter into the promised land.

The people of the Tribulation, will enter into the Tribulation as unbelievers, probably lack a general knowledge of their history, will have less than seven years to learn of their history, but they will learn it, despite all of the problems that will inundate the world.

The Tribulational generation of believers will not only learn of their history, but they will advance to spiritual maturity in a very short time, and, even more important, they will not betray God by turning their backs on Him after their deliverance.

Dealing falsely with God, is the function of adopting lies in ones life. Lies, which replace the truths of the Bible.

Even throughout the Millennium, the people in general will not adopt the lies that have been promoted by Satan. Lies that produce religions, contentions, even rebellion against God.

In the Garden of Eden, Eve was not too interested in Gods teachings. That is evident from her mis-statements regarding the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. She thought that she could not even touch it. She had no intention of eating from it until Satan came along. It was Satan who caused the fall, indirectly by his lies of deceit.

In the Millennium, toward its end, there will be a large population of people who will reject Christ, but they will not initiate a rebellion against God until Satan is released. Again, it will be Satan who will cause the rebellion.

Salvation belongs to those who believe in Christ, not to those who reject Him. Spiritual growth belongs to those who obey Gods rules for spiritual growth, not to those who make up their own rules. Blessings belong to those who are faithful to Christ, not to those who reject Him.

Psa. 44:17

17 All this has come upon us, but we have not forgotten Thee, And we have not dealt falsely with Thy covenant. NASB

Forget God and you will see misery and difficulties in your life. Remember God and be faithful, and you will see blessings and more. Don t blame someone else for your failures. You still make your own choices even if you get deceived.

Now is the time to post a prayer.

End Of Lesson

Study to show thyself approved (mature) unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing (studying/discerning), the Word of truth.
