Isa. 65:19-20

19 And I will rejoice [giyl] in Jerusalem [Yaruwshalaim], and joy [suws] in my people [`am]: and the voice [qowl] of weeping [Bakiy] shall be no more heard [shama`] in her, nor the voice [qowl] of crying [za`aq].

20 There shall be no more thence an infant [`uwl] of days [yowm], nor an old man [zaqen] that hath not filled [male'] his days [yowm]: for the child [na`ar] shall die [muwth] an hundred [me'ah] years [shaneh] old [ben]; but the sinner [chata'] being an hundred [me'ah] years [shaneh] old [ben] shall be accursed [qalal]. KJV-Interlinear

19 I will also rejoice in Jerusalem, and be glad in My people; And there will no longer be heard in her The voice of weeping and the sound of crying. 20 No longer will there be in it an infant who lives but a few days, Or an old man who does not live out his days; For the youth will die at the age of one hundred And the one who does not reach the age of one hundred Shall be thought accursed. NASB

Now Isaiah reverts back to the Millennial era. How do we know? The Jerusalem of our world is one in which God can rejoice in. The Jerusalem of eternity is the source of happiness due to completeness of doctrine.

Likewise, death only occurs in human history. As humanity will continue in the Millennium, and humanity will still be in bodies of flesh and blood, then death will on occasion, occur. Death does not occur once eternity begins.

This prayer, we have been studying, is the prayer of the Tribulational remnant. These last few chapters, will be the words that those folks will cling to, as their only hope for deliverance in the final months, weeks, and days of the Tribulation.

The world will literally be falling apart. There will be disease, starvation, death and destruction all around. As hope seems all but lost, the remnant of folks, who will be delivered by Christ at His Second Advent, will have nothing but the promise, that it is they who will be the seed population for the Millennium.

Being spiritually mature, these folks represent the Jerusalem on earth, from within their souls. It is they, in whom the Lord will rejoice, for their perseverance in faith, when all else seems totally lost.

The tears and anxieties they have felt for the past seven years of the Tribulation, will go away. No more will they cry or feel sorrow.

Furthermore, the Tribulation will have been filled with loss of life, even from the birth of many children. That too will cease.

Throughout history, the infant mortality rate hovered around fifty percent in ancient times. Today the world average is still around eight percent, with countries ranging from eighteen percent in some African and Asian countries, down to two percent in other countries around the world.

That will change in the Millennium. Death will still occur in the Millennium, but life fonts will increase dramatically. People who live to the age of one hundred, will be referred to as youngsters. The senior citizen crowd will live well into the upper hundreds of years.

Just as the first generations of humanity lived into the seven, and eight, and nine hundreds of years, so too, the last generation of humanity will live very long lives. One might assume that someone will live to be a thousand, taking away Methuselah s record of 969 years of age.

This also implies that the population of the Millennium will explode to unimaginable numbers before it is all over.

Throughout history, it is generally assumed that adult women have their children between the ages of fifteen and forty years of age, that they have children on average, once every three years. And, with the mortality rate being high in ancient times, they could well have four children, even after losing four. The mortality rate is the reason why our world population is not in the trillions of people today, rather than just the six-and-a-half billion that we do have.

The potential child bearing years of the Millennium will increase dramatically. The population of the Millennium will most likely be the time of the greatest world population ever, but Christ will be able to deal with it, as people everywhere will not be hindered in their lives due to over population.

In our current day, world population will become an issue sooner or later. If the world population doubles every thirty-five years or so, then we will be very crowded in just a century or so. With every passing year, the strain on world resources will go off the charts.

Christ will be able to demonstrate His infinite capability regardless of the human population. While humanity continues to fail at his every turn in dealing with his own problems in this world.

We do not know how many of the original remnant there will be. Perhaps dozens, or perhaps hundreds, or perhaps even thousands of folks will survive the Tribulation. But what we do know is that they will have these promises of longer lives, fewer tears, and that means healthier lives, and most probably lots of babies in the open years of the Millennium. What else is there to do, on an unpopulated planet, when one is young, prosperous, and virile .. for several hundred years? That s going to just ruin the Viagra industry!

Furthermore, even sinners will live to the age of a hundred, but since that is considered the age of a youngster, and since the life expectancy is considerably longer, then a sinner will be considered cursed for not living a longer life.

Evil people will not have long life fonts. Good people will. Sin will not be removed from the Millennial life. People will still be in their bodies of flesh, and subjected to their sin natures.

This does not include we who will have already been resurrected. It only includes those folks who will survive the Tribulation, and to their descendents, born to them throughout the Millennium.

Likewise, not everyone who will be born during the Millennium, will believe in Christ, despite His living on this planet earth and ruling the world. This only proves that the perfect environment of the Millennium will not be enough to save a person from the Lake of Fire. Only faith in Christ can do that.

When we get back to Revelation, we will see that at the end of the Millennium, there will be a huge population who will have rejected Christ. It is they who Satan, when he is released from his thousand year prison incarceration, will deceive and lead into a revolt against Christ.

Today we have lots of burdens in life that give us worries and anxieties galore. In the Millennium, in contrast, the daily lives of people will be very pleasant and virtually worry free. Life will be far better for them, all the way around. And yet, failure in the spiritual life will still exist.

If you are hoping for a new utopia, or if you have a better life than most, then do not presume that you have no need for God or doctrine.

Now is the time to post a prayer.

End Of Lesson

Study to show thyself approved (mature) unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing (studying/discerning), the Word of truth.
