You must be in fellowship prior to your Bible study, so that the spiritual information you receive can become a source, of blessing to your soul and produce spiritual growth.

Job 15:32

32 It shall be accomplished [male'] before [lo'] his time [yowm], and his branch [kippah] shall not be green [ra`anan]. KJV-Interlinear

32 'It will be accomplished before his time, And his palm branch will not be green. NASB

What is accomplished? The failure of the wicked person.

When is it accomplished? Before his allotted time is up.

What is ones allotted time? God gives every person a certain amount of time on this earth. Just as He gives you a certain number of hairs on your head, a certain amount of talent, certain gifts or abilities, and so forth, so God gives each one of us a certain number of days on this earth. Days between our date of birth, or our date of spiritual rebirth, and date of death, that is.

But there is more to it than just that. All of us have a certain number of days assigned to us for living on this earth. Some might have a few more days, and some might receive a few less.

But here Eliphaz is referring to the wicked person who disregards God in his life. To the wicked person who has chosen the pattern of life that he establishes for himself, during his life, such that it is quite clear to anyone who happened to be able to observe the entirety of ones life, and would be able to conclude very clearly just what pattern of life that an individual has chosen for themselves.

God gives everyone adequate time to establish their chosen pattern of life.

Once that has occurred, then your days are refined further.

Psa. 55:23

Men of bloodshed and deceit will not live out half their days. NASB

Now take this one step further. Infants often times live for a very short time and then they die. Infant mortality has been high, over the centuries. We know that babies are saved automatically. In fact, anyone who dies prior to reaching the age of responsibility, goes to heaven. We have studied this in the past.

Your assigned life span begins with the moment of your salvation, not with your physical birth. Some might live ten years before they believe in Christ. Some might live fifty years before they believe in Christ.

But once you are saved, then your life span clock begins ticking. Unbelievers have a different life span clock. Theirs is tied to the jungle and their demonstrated attitude of rejection of Christ.

But either way in life. Whether you are saved, or whether you are unsaved, your time on this earth is not unlimited. And your limit is tied to your attitude toward God, Christ, doctrine, and your spiritual life.

God is fair. God gives everyone adequate time to think, to decide and to establish the lifestyle they want for themselves. Once that is determined, then if you are a negative person, your time which would have been available for your spiritual life, is cut short.

You live long enough to see whatever it is that was important to you during your life, is taken away. For some they might remain alive and see their loss. For some their loss will be seen in death.

On the television, there are various shows each television season. These are ongoing series, which keep you riveted to your chair, and folks spend a great deal of time watching them, trying to figure out the strategy, or the clues, or the plot, and so forth. And then the season ends.

If people were to spend as much time in their Bible study, as they do in watching these shows, they would be super mature believers, living full lives. But as the television seasons end, so too do our lifespan assignments end.

A full life, is one in which a person is saved, studies and advances in their spiritual life, and thus God uses that person for their intended purpose. That is a successful and full life. It does not necessarily mean a long life. For length of years is not the measure of a person's spiritual success.

So, if you have lived long and wasted your life, but now are frightened enough to get with your Bible study, then do not fret that you will not have enough time to accumulate a significant spiritual life. God is fair, and your days are numbered from your positive volition.

Evil people will always be cut off in life. Terrorists will never succeed in ruling the world. But, good people, those who turn their life to God, have Gods power controlling their future. If you have one minute to live, God can change that into years.

Positive people receive their opportunity to advance in their spiritual lives. Negative people find their opportunities cut short.

Now is the time to post a prayer.

End Of Lesson

Study to show thyself approved (mature) unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing (studying/discerning), the Word of truth.
