You must be in fellowship prior to your Bible study, so that the spiritual information you receive can become a source, of blessing to your soul and produce spiritual growth.

Proverbs 14:17-18

17 He that is soon [qatser] angry [aph] dealeth [asah] foolishly [ivveleth]: and a man [iysh] of wicked devices [mazimmah] is hated [sane].
18 The simple [pathiy] inherit [nachal] folly [ivveleth]: but the prudent [aruwm] are crowned [kathar] with knowledge [da`ath]. KJV-Interlinear

17 A quick-tempered man acts foolishly, And a man of evil devices is hated. 18 The naive inherit folly, But the prudent are crowned with knowledge. NASB

You always have the chance to get things right in your life. You can learn Gods truth and get yourself oriented to the realities of life, or you can ignore Gods truth and live your life in a fog of confusion, uncertainty, and never have the realities of life straight in your mind.

A negative person never learns truth. They may have some influence of truth in their life from Gods truth as it influences society in general, but the negative person does not live in the fellowship sphere, they do not learn doctrine, and consequently they never become properly oriented to life, to God, or to people.

No one can ever gain a proper orientation or frame of reference to life, to God, to self, or to other people unless and until they get with a proper daily Bible study program in their life.

The negative person, in that they have nothing (no doctrine) to guide them in life, can only fall back on their emotions, or their five senses in order to relate to life. Consequently they become 'quick' tempered in their response or reaction to the circumstances of life. Life becomes an endless stream of knee jerk reactions to life's circumstances.

The negative person is the naive. They lack Bible doctrine. They have only the opinions, the philosophies, the influences of this world to guide them. When all you have to go on if the false of life, then the results of your life will be disaster (folly), or failure in life in the long run.

All of your decisions as a person lacking Gods Word in your soul, are foolish decisions.

Your relationship with God is that of a hated person. Hate here is the policy of God of discipline or of judgment against those who reject Him. Anyone who ignores truth in life falls in the category of the 'hated,' the 'foolish,' having the destiny of 'folly.'

So you always have the right to make the choice of being stupid in life or of being wise. By ignoring God and by refusing to commit yourself to a daily Bible study, then you are buying off on the lies of the world.

By committing yourself to the instructions from God in a daily study, you learn and eventually will grow up in your spiritual life. Growth is not automatic, you have many hurdles to jump as you learn and replace your opinions and preconceived ideas and beliefs, with those which the Bible teaches. Often this change in thinking is the greatest barrier to spiritual growth.

But with patience, with persistence, with an open mind, you will eventually jump all of the barriers which exist within your own mind, and you will advance to spiritual maturity.

Then you too will be classified as the prudent, crowned with knowledge. Once you have learned what God has to teach, then you need to apply it to your daily life. That requires an acceptance of what is taught, and eventually the whole process of learning, results in wisdom. The right kind of wisdom - Gods.

Now is the time to post a prayer.

End Of Lesson

Study to show thyself approved (mature) unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing (studying/discerning), the Word of truth.
