20 For by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin.  ESV

No. No one can be justified by means of their own works or efforts.
The Law teaches the requirements of perfection, as well as our inability to comply with the Law, and therefore reveals our sins (our inability to be perfect).
