You must be in fellowship prior to your Bible study, so that the spiritual information you receive can become a source, of blessing to your soul and produce spiritual growth.

Psalm 20:6

6 Now know [yada`] I that the LORD [Yahovah] saveth [yasha`] his anointed; [mashiyach] he will hear [`anah] him from his holy [qodesh] heaven [shamayim] with the saving [yesha`] strength [gabuwrah] of his right hand. [yamiyn]KJV-Interlinear

6 Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven, With the saving strength of His right hand. NASB

In the first five verses, the God of Jacob, the line of the Messiah, the Savior, namely Jesus Christ, is identified as the one true and one and only God. All others are fake and frauds and products of mans imagination and invention.

Through the position of fellowship, which is the sanctuary wherein God will receive and accept and hear all who come before Him in that one and only method of approach.

By means of the sacrifices and offerings, namely through the scriptures heard and learned wherein all other philosophies and opinions are rejected.

Then by that means, all prayer, and petitions are received, and if they are in accordance with Gods divine plan, then we have this verse.

Then we know, as David states in his prayer. He knows that when God is approached in accordance with His will, then all prayer is heard. And furthermore, when all petitions are presented in accordance with Gods plan, then they are accepted.

Gods anointed are all who God has chosen. David was appointed King and after that same pattern, all believers are appointed saved, appointed family of God, in accordance with Gods salvation plan through faith through and in the work of Christ, never on mans works or effort.

God hears from His holy position. He does not compromise His position as God, and accept some lower aspect of diluted truth. God does not compromise His principles. God does not modify His plan for the sake of one persons random or emotional wants or desires.

God is perfect and His plan is perfect and His policy is perfect.

Therefore, do not suppose that you can or expect that God will change anything just for your convenience, especially when your wants are not in conformance with truth.

Truth will not change because of your weakness and lack of perseverance and lack of character.

So, if you want Gods attention, then you must change and conform to His rules, giving up your selfish ambitions, giving up your complaints, giving up your stubborn refusal to change.

If you refuse to make changes in yourself, then why would you expect a different result in your life?
